The National Academy of Engineering announced 14 grand challenges for enginering in the coming century. The blue-ribbon panel of experts announced the challenges on a special project website running on Diamax ProgramCMS.
Initially designed to engage the public in the process of identifying challenges, it was reorganized and enhanced to announce the committee’s findings.
Diamax worked closely with the NAE staff to develop the concept for the site and applied audience engagement techniques typical of leading news sites to the site design and mangement.
This website will help unite engineers from business, academe, and government in an effort to address some of the world’s grandest challenges.
